At Prokarimi, we believe that high-quality testing starts with trusted science. That is why we partner with Genetic Analysis AS, a leading microbiome diagnostics company based in Norway.
All samples are analyzed using the GA-map platform, a CE-marked technology developed to detect and quantify over 170 gut and oral microbiota targets, as well as profile imbalances in the gut microbiota. CE-marked technology relies on the analysis of the 16S rRNA gene, covering variable regions V3-V9, which enables detection at low taxonomic levels (genus and species).
The testing process is based on over a decade of scientific research and offers a reliable and standardized approach to identifying dysbiosis and other gut health markers.
