Missing key for result?

If you can't open your result because you don't have the correct keys on your browser, don't worry, follow these steps to import the correct keys:

• Click your username (or the icon with three lines if you are on mobile) at the top right of the website and click «Settings» to go to your settings page.
• At the bottom left of the Settings page, under «Encryption», click «Import keys from file».
• Click the dashed box to import a file and select the file you saved when you created the keys. You can also enter the words and key name manually if you saved them.
• Click «Confirm» to finish importing your keys. Now you can go back to the Results page and open the test result linked to the keys you imported.
