1. Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy


Return Eligibility


  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Condition of the Microbiota Collecton Kit: For a Microbiota Collection Kit to be eligible for return, it must be unopened, unused, and in the condition you received it. The packaging and any seals must be intact and unaltered.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items


  • Used or Opened Microbiota Collections: Due to health and safety concerns and the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of Collection Kits that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken.

  • Digital Products and Services: Any digital products, including but not limited to, digital reports, analysis results, and online consultations, are not eligible for return due to their intangible nature.


Process for Returns


  • Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@prokarimi.no with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

  • Return Shipping: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide detailed instructions for shipping the Microbiota Collection Kit back to us. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.


Refunds


  • Inspection of Returned Item: Upon receiving the returned Microbiota Collection Kit, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition.

  • Approval of Refund: If the return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund amount will include the cost of the Microbiota Collection Kit in its entirety

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.


Exchanges


  • Defective or Damaged Collection Kits: If you receive a Microbiota Collection Kit that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange with a new Microbiota Collection Kit.

  • Return Shipping Liability: Please note that the customer is responsible for the returned item until it reaches our facility. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.


2. Dispute Resolution


  • Initial Resolution Attempt: Prokarimi is committed to resolving complaints and disputes amicably. If you have any concerns or issues with our services, we encourage you to contact our customer service team first to seek a resolution.

  • Formal Complaint Process: If the issue is not resolved through initial contact, consumers may submit a formal complaint in writing. Prokarimi will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, review it, and respond with a resolution or action plan within a specified timeframe.

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution: In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, Prokarimi may suggest an alternative dispute resolution method, such as mediation or arbitration, depending on the nature of the dispute.


Jurisdiction and Governing Law


  • Governing Law: Any dispute or claim arising will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Norwegian law.

  • Jurisdiction: The courts of Oslo, Norway will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims that arise out of or in connection with these Terms or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
