What information does our microbiota test give you?

1 Dysbiosis Index (DI), which is a score of your gut health. Accompanying the score you'll see a summary tailored for your score.

How long does it take for my Collection Kit to arrive?

The average order takes around 5 days since ordering for it to arrive to your home.

When are my results ready?

After sending your collection kit to the lab for testing, it should take no more than 14 days for your results to be ready. Once you purchase your test, make sure to keep an eye on the Dashboard page, in order to see the current status of your order.

Where can I see my results?

Once you have been notified that your test results are ready, you have to log in to your account, then navigate to the ‘Results’ page.
